What to check before re-importing a PSD into Live2D Cubism

A re-import can be sensitive to structural changes. Keep the previous PSD and the updated PSD together, then review names and hierarchy before replacing the file in Cubism.

A cautious re-import review

Keep versioned source files so you can identify the previous import state.
Review layer and group renames, duplicate names, parent moves, deletions, and reorder changes.
Do not assume a matching name proves that Cubism will preserve the same ArtMesh mapping.
Treat a structural comparison as a review aid, not a guarantee of safe re-import.
